WHO WE ARE
MEGAN VISSER
Director | Founder
Megan Visser completed her BCom Law and LLB degrees at the University of Johannesburg. She completed her articles at a top-tier/big 4 law firm in Sandton. She went on to serve as an Associate and Senior Associate of the firm, specialising in mining, corporate and commercial law matters and servicing a variety of large mining companies, governmental institutions and individuals. Megan later joined a boutique law firm in Pretoria aiming to expand her knowledge of corporate, commercial law and litigation, whilst being able to provide a full scope of legal advice, drafting and services to clients, and their businesses. In 2018 Megan worked as in-house counsel, implementing and structuring private equity structures to achieve BBBEE outcomes and started MVA Legal, offering strategic legal services.
MVA Legal prides itself in being a full service consultancy offering clients a single advisor to attend to all their legal matters.
